Off the entrance hall is an open-plan dining room and lounge. The dining room has a high ceiling and a contemporary dining table and chairs which seat eight plus some traditional Spanish furniture. The lounge has two large sofas, two arm chairs, an open fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system. Contemporary art prints adorn the walls and there are bookcases with a good supply of books (but mostly in English). Off the lounge are two terraces.

The main terrace has a hardwood dining table with eight chairs (with fitted cushions). The table has an umbrella and is beneath a wooden pergola covered with wisteria which takes up much of the terrace. In addition there are a number of casual outdoor chairs. The second terrace has a hardwood dining table with four chairs and is ideal for catching the late afternoon sun. There is also a "quiet area" beside the house away from the sun with a low table and easy chairs ideal for reading and siestas.

The kitchen has fitted units including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, two electric ovens, a microwave and ample granite work-surfaces. It is well stocked with other appliances , crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and second refrigerator are located in the adjoining garage.

The master bedroom has a super-king size bed (which can be made into two single beds), fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the main terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a double bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the main terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a further bathroom with a shower plus a guests' cloakroom with toilet. The fourth bedroom, located at a lower level, has a queen size bed with fitted wardrobes and adjacent bathroom.

The entire house is centrally heated.
