Quinta da Passarada, which is 15 minutes from Faro Airport on the beautiful Algarve coast, is located amongst orange groves and farmland offering privacy and tranquility. The villa backs up to the Ria Formosa National Park. The beautiful, wide sandy Algarve beaches are only a 15 minute drive from the house.

Set in approximately 2,500 square meters of landscaped garden and orchard, the main house and separate cottage can sleep up to 10 people.

In the main house, there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. (All of the twin beds can be made into superking beds.) There are three fully fitted bathrooms (two of which are en-suite and have a shower and a bathtub), a kitchen with all amenities and a living/dining area with a library, SKY TV satellite, VCR with video library, DVD player, and stereo with CD player.

The cottage, also, has a twin bedroom, with twin beds that can be made into superking beds, air conditioning and its own living/dining area with a kitchenette and shower room. There is, also, a double sofabed in the dining/living room area that can sleep two.

The main house has a large tile covered porch, with a dining table for eight as well as a sitting area, and adjacent sun terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool and garden areas. Other amenities include sun loungers, garden furniture, a child's playhouse, gazebo and permanent barbecue by the pool.
